Topographic
Survey

Topographical surveys lay out the location of natural and man-made features on a property. These features include buildings, fences, utilities, ponds, rivers, trees, and elevations. A topographic survey is often used by engineers and architects for planning site improvements. 

These services would include the following:

  • Field collecting topographic information on a grid and and major grade breaks for the subject parcel(s) as well as 25' off site utilizing an established benchmark reference provided by LABINS.

  • Produce a detailed map of the parcel(s) elevations relating to NAVD 88 Datum.
